Assigning Credit to Participants Who are not signed up for the Experiment

1. On the Experiment Administration website, click "Experiment Management" to the left of the screen.

2. Click on “Sessions” for the experiment you need to give the person credit for.

3. Click on “Create New Session”

4. Select the date & time of session (sometime later in the same day, for a time period in which no session currently exists)

5. Under the “Open to” tab, select “private”

6. Under the “Seat Available” tab, select however many seats need to be added

7. Click “Add”

8. Click “Return to Session Listed”

9. Find the session you just added; click “manage”

10. Next to the “Add student” in the upper right hand corner tab, enter the participant’s username and then select “Add Student” (Note: You can add a student in this way to an existing session, without creating a new one)

11. Give them credit.
