How to Check if you have Subjects
1. Open the browser and click on the menu bookmark titled "Experiment Administration." Or go to this URL: http://bl-psy-appsrv.ads.iu.edu/exper/listexperiment.php & if this link doesn't work try: https://cas.iu.edu/cas/login?cassvc=ANY&casurl=http://bl-psy-appsrv.ads.iu.edu/exper/default.asp
2. There you will see a list of experiments currently being run in the lab.
- Click the "sessions" link next to the experiment you are running.
3. For each day you will see a series of time slots.
- For each time slot, there is a number of Total Seats, Open Seats and Complete Seats.
- Total Seats is the number of subjects possible for that time slot.
- Open Seats is the number of subject slots left to be signed up for.
- Complete Seats is the number of subjects signed up for that time slot who have completed the experiment and gotten credit.
4. Click on the link "Manage" to see the details for that time slot. There you will see the usernames of each person signed up.
- If their status says "pending" it means they are signed up.
- If it says "canceled" it means that they have canceled their seat and presumably will not show up.
- If it says "complete", they either did not show up for their time slot and received no credit or they did show up to complete the experiment and received credit.
